Creating 20 new items each month
Innovation is our first priority. Each month, our 40-strong R&D team contributes 20 new designs to our large collection. And now, our full product range covers mini motor axis, brass couplings, brass bases and all sorts of turning parts. These items are widely used in computers, electric appliances and communication equipment, locks, automobiles and electric toys.

With a monthly capacity of 9 million units
Our large capacity is another selling point. Our three factories are outfitted with 20 CNC lathes, four machining centers, 200 sets of secondary operation equipment and 70 automatic lathes. Among these advanced facilities, automatic lathes are sourced from Japan and Taiwan. By handling these ISO 9001:2000-certified facilities, our 300 skilled employees can manufacture 9 million units monthly.

Last but not least. We never sacrifice product quality for volume production. We have assigned 30 QC members to conduct rigorous inspection on each single unit. Prior to our competitors, our items meet MIL-STD-105E standards and are guaranteed for five years. The defect rate is controlled under 0.1 percent.
